Shipping Info
When Will My Order Ship?
All orders are made to order; Prints and card orders will be shipped within 5 business days. Canvasses will be shipped within 5 – 10 business days.
How much is shipping?
Regular shipping within Australia is free for all orders.
Express Shipping is an option that is available for an extra fee at the checkout. Prints and cards can be shipped internationally, shipping will be calculated in the shopping cart for all international orders.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
Yes. Prints and cards can be shipped internationally, shipping will be calculated in the shopping cart.
For International orders, the customer (importer) is responsible for any duty/customs fees that may be imposed upon the package's entry into a country.
When will I receive my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your item has been processed and shipped. Most orders will be received within 5-10 business days. However please note that currently Australia Post are experiencing some delays and as such your order may take longer to arrive.
How is my order packaged?
Prints:
A4 and A3 prints are placed in a clear sleeve with a backing board and posted flat in a rigid mailer
A2 prints are placed in a clear sleeve and posted rolled in a mailing tube.
Canvasses:
All canvases are bubble wrapped and shipped in a cardboard box.
Cards and envelopes are placed in a clear sleeve and either posted with a backing board (for orders of 5 – 20) or bubble wrapped and posted in a suitable cardboard box (for orders of 20 or more)
I Never Got My Package?
All orders are shipped using tracking numbers. Look in your inbox for an e-mail to find your order and the tracking number. If you are having difficulties finding it please contact us.
